eway infratech ("we", "us", "our") is a software company based in Kakkanad, Kerala, India, building PACS software, chit fund/chitty auction platforms, loan recovery systems, and websites. This policy explains what information we collect through ewayinfratech.com and its product pages (PACSWeb, Recovro, AUCTIONDesk, Clients), and how we use it.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you choose to give us, through:

• The contact form — name, email address, phone number, and your message.
• The "Emani" chat widget — organization/institution name, email address, and phone number, when you ask about pricing, a demo, or contact details.
• Email OTP verification — a one-time 6-digit code sent to the email address you provide, used only to confirm the address is real before we act on your enquiry.

We do not collect payment information, government ID numbers, or any data through the website beyond what you actively submit in these forms.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry, share pricing, or schedule a demo.
• To verify that a submitted email address is genuine (OTP), which helps us keep the contact channel free of spam.
• To improve the website and the accuracy of the information we provide.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising or marketing you haven't asked for.

4. Third-party services

A few third-party services help us run this site securely:

• Google reCAPTCHA — protects the contact form from automated spam. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare — provides security, performance, and content delivery for this website. Subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

Form submissions and OTP emails are delivered through our own mail infrastructure — we don't route your enquiry through any third-party marketing or CRM platform.

5. Data retention

OTP codes expire automatically within minutes and are deleted once used or expired. Enquiry details you submit (name, email, phone, message) are retained only for as long as needed to respond to you and, where relevant, to keep a record of the business relationship. You can request deletion at any time — see Section 7.

6. Cookies

This site uses only the functional/session-level mechanisms needed for the contact form, chat widget, and security services above to work correctly. We don't run third-party advertising trackers or sell browsing data.

7. Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time, by emailing info@ewayinfratech.com.

We may update this policy as the website evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest revision.
